By accessing or using ShotAtelier Studio ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
ShotAtelier Studio provides an AI-powered e-commerce product photography platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.
3. User Accounts
To use our service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate account information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use our service to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, offensive, or defamatory content
- Generate, distribute, or assist in creating Deepfake content — including AI-generated audio, video, or images that impersonate real individuals, forge their likeness, or are intended to mislead viewers about their origin or authenticity
- Generate content involving the sexualization of minors or any content that violates child protection laws
- Create malware, phishing content, or cyberattack tools
- Infringe on intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other third-party rights
- Bypass or interfere with our service's security features
- Resell or redistribute access to our service without prior written approval
- Use our service to train, fine-tune, benchmark, or develop any AI/ML model that competes directly or indirectly with ShotAtelier or our products
- Large-scale systematic scraping or collection of model outputs for purposes beyond your authorized personal use
- In high-risk contexts, represent AI-generated content as coming from a human professional (e.g., licensed doctor, attorney, or financial advisor)
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or card network rules
5. Intellectual Property
Regarding generated images:
- You retain rights to your original uploaded images
- Generated images are for use within your own commercial projects
- You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and inputs do not infringe third-party rights
- We claim no rights to generated images — they are yours to use
AI Model Disclosure: Our service uses DeepSeek (deepseek-chat model, provided by DeepSeek AI, available at platform.deepseek.com) as the underlying AI model for generating product images. This model is accessed via API and is not trained on user-uploaded images.
6. Credits & Billing (V2 — Credits Model)
ShotAtelier Studio uses a credit-based system. You purchase credit packs to access generation services.
- Each generation consumes one or more credits depending on the plan and feature used
- Credits are non-transferable and cannot be shared between accounts
- Unused credits expire at the end of the validity period stated at the time of purchase (e.g., 30 days)
- Credits remaining after account termination are forfeited and non-refundable
- Credits are consumed on a first-in, first-out basis when multiple packs are purchased
7. Payment Terms
Payments are processed through Waffo Pancake, our Merchant of Record and payment processor. All payments are one-time purchases of generation credit packs; there are no recurring subscriptions or automatic charges. By purchasing, you agree to:
- Pay all fees associated with your chosen credit pack
- Provide accurate billing information
- Use your purchased generations within the validity period stated at the time of purchase
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
Billing Disputes: If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at support@rewarx.com before disputing with your bank. We aim to respond within 2 business days and resolve confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.
8. Refund Policy
Generation credits are non-refundable once purchased, except in the following cases:
- Unused within 7 days: Full refund if no credits have been used within 7 days of purchase
- Duplicate charges: Full refund for duplicate charges caused by billing errors
- Technical issues: If you experience a verified technical problem preventing use of the service, contact us within 30 days — we will investigate and may issue a refund at our discretion
- Legal rights: Statutory withdrawal rights (e.g., EU/UK 14-day cooling-off period for first-time purchasers) are preserved where applicable, and expire upon first use of credits
To request a refund: email support@rewarx.com with your account email and transaction ID. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
ShotAtelier Studio is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Generated content will meet your specific requirements
- Results will be suitable for any particular purpose
⚠️ AI Output Disclaimer: AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, incompleteness, or be outdated. Do not use it for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Always verify with a qualified professional before acting on AI-generated content.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShotAtelier is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Data, Privacy & Security
Your use of our service is governed by our Privacy Policy. Payment card data is handled exclusively by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor (Waffo Pancake) and is never stored on our servers. Account data is retained for 90 days after account cancellation, then deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Term & Termination
These terms remain in effect while you use our service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate these terms, engage in fraud, or when required by law. If we terminate for reasons not attributable to your breach, we will prorate refund any unused prepaid amounts. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@rewarx.com.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days in advance via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by applicable laws. Before initiating formal proceedings, please contact us at legal@rewarx.com to attempt informal resolution. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where our company is located.
